Dan,
Toolbars are fully customizable since 4.57.0 and new buttons do NOT appear automatically in old installations
because you have your custom toolbar layout stored already in registry.
To get new buttons you have to use customization dialog again:
Click with RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON over drawing toolbar and choose "CUSTOMIZE" from the menu
then use Customize dialog to add buttons.
