[amibroker] Plugins and Help got lost

Hi,

I did a fresh install of AB 4.60.3, then installed the Quote.com  
plugin, and created and saved a Quote.com database as well as a QP2 
database. I also updated the little database that came with the program, 
using AmiQuote. All worked fine. Then I closed AB.

On re-opening AB, Tools->Plugins is now completely empty, and only that 
little database in the Data folder is working. The Help does not come 
up, either.

Any ideas?
