Hello,
All those spyware tools have bugs on their own.
For example
1. PestPatrol in the past was giving false positives on innosetup uninstall program:
http://news.jrsoftware.org/cgi-bin/htsearch?method=and&format=builtin-long&sort=score&config=htdig&restrict=&words=spyware
(it comes without words that it was false alert)
2. AdAware even now reports about:blank set as a starting page as "POSSIBLE BROWSER HIJACK"
which is the most stupid thing I saw recently
