[amibroker] Easiest way to scan for rising/falling/flat stocks

What is the easiest way to identify stocks that are trading- flat, 
up, down?

I also want to output the strengh/weakness of the stock. eg Flat =0, 
uptrend > 0 etc etc

I was looking at calculating the gradient (slope) of a stocks moving 
average.
