[amibroker] replacing ApplyStop with own stop code and portfolio backtest

Bob,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I have made some progress using the 
DayOfYear() together with the Year(), but still have some work to 
do. In the meantime I am using the Hold()as an approximation.     
Hold() is so slick...I wish AmiBroker had a HoldDays()!
