So... don't you think that if you don't subscribe to AMEX then _correct_ behaviour
is that you do not see AMEX symbols?
Don't you think that expecting to get data you don't subscribe for is an (user) error ?
If you really insist on getting data you don't subscribe to you can
try creating database that has "END OF DAY" selected in "Base time interval"
in File->Database Settings.
