Assuming you are using a data source that supports mixed mode [eSignal
or ?], you may have your intraday settings wrong.
[You can see the problem by flipping between Day Session and 24-hours on
a daily chart.]

I've created a mix-mode database (EOD and Intraday) and the problem
I'm having is that AB is using intraday data to display Daily
bars... My EOD data is good but the intraday has some spikes.

Am I missing a checkbox somewhere?
