I had that problem when the eSignal free trial ended.
I'd changed the username/password in the data manager but not in AB.

Hello,
I subscribed to eSignal Basic, and followed AB's eSignal setup
instructions, but don't see data for any of the symbols for some
reason. On startup, AB connects fine and shows me the green
connection icon. I've added only couple of symbols using "Symbol--
>New",. But if I click on any of 'em, I get "Price not available" as
title on the chart.
Any suggestions?
