[amibroker] Amiquote Import Problem

Graham, thanks for your generous offer.  The Holygrail post said that
Amibroker does not have Bullish Percent, and I forewarded it to this board
just to find out if it has been coded for Amibroker.

Rightnow, I do not have an interest in bullish Percent.   Perhaps others do
have an interest.

If you do end up persuing this, I would lke to see the development of it
occur on this board so I can learn more about it.  Ron D.
