Thanks for the feedback.
 
I added Yuki's code for monthly and weekly ticks on 
the daily price chart.
 
I just added it at the bottom and hit apply but the 
new code didn't change the chart.........maybe there is more to it.

  Joe, if you right-click on the main price chart, then select Edit 
  Formula, you can enter anything you want there.

    Yuki or anyone,
     
    I find Yuki's code for showing weekly and 
    monthly ticks on the daily charts very useful........however I don't have a 
    way, that I'm aware of, to make the ticks an integral part of the daily 
    price charts.
     
    The ticks appear only in a separate 
    pane.
     
    Would appreciate any help with this even as I 
    acknowledge that the answer may already lie, undiscovered by me, in some 
    obscure corner or even in the headlines of the "Wall Street Journal" 
    (G).
