The problem is that one would like the crosshair to encompass the linked
charts, Graham.
I complained strenuously when TJ changed it, but he responded that many
[yo-yos IMO] had requested it.
When one makes such choices, it would be a very good idea to see what other
packages have chosen prior to re-inventing wheels.
If the GUI counted, Qcharts would have been the appropriate model.

In fact it probably did before TJ a while back 'improved' the vertical
cursor tracking by turning it off.

The cursor position price is shown in the bar in the bottom of screen. Plus
if you look under View - Crosshair you can turn it on.

I often set support and resistance lines on my price charts and graphs.
Without some sort of crosshair that displays the price off the axis as you
move it around - it is a bit hit and miss affair trying to set it at a
specific price level.
This is a pretty standard feature in most charting packages - is there any
way around this - or perhaps a feature I have not stumbled across?
