[amibroker] Index Trouble in IB Plugin

["finops_tonyshomework" <finops_tonyshomework@xxxxxxxxx>]

I am not getting data in AB with indices.  E.g. spx-cboe-ind and indu-
nyse-ind connect to TWS ok ( i.e. one does NOT get the no such 
security error); however, there are no bars.  The ticker for the NYSE 
TICK has a dash (TICK-NYSE) in symbol mode, and that important index 
will not even connect!

Could it be that no bid-ask or volume is fouling things up?

Please advise.  What am I doing wrong?
