Since LOAD FORMULA prompts me to select an AFL file, I infer that you are
saying that the Built-In indicators are not hardwired into AB, but rather
are a set of standalone AFL files living somewhere in the AmiBroker
folder tree. Yes?
If so, I do indeed see some AFL files under C:\Program
Files\Amibroker\AFL, but I don't see any file with a name resembling
"Equity Line". Do you happen to know what the name is for
that particular "Built-In" AFL file?

It¹s not actually saved. AB saves whatever is there when you close as a
sort
of temporary file (it¹s save in the chart so to speak), but you can do
a
LOAD FORMULA to get the original back.
