There are probably a lot of ways to do it, but I find that the
easiest way is to create an exploration that filers on a minimum
share turnover, say 100,000 shares a day (although I would not trade
a stock even that illiquid).  Then you can select all of those stocks
and put them in a watch list, then delete all the stock in that watch
list.
