Greetings, Paul.

In the AB Help,
... Contents tab,
... ... Amibroker 4.50 User's Guide
... ... ... Amibroker Formula Language
... ... ... ... AFL Reference Manual

About 3/4 of the way down, titled
USER-DEFINABLE FUNCTIONS, PROCEDURES, LOCAL/GLOBAL VARIABLES

But it would be nice if it was easier to find...

You'll probably also want to read about #include (and possibly #pragma) in the
"AFL Function Reference - Alphabetical list of functions" (click on the
"AFL" button in help).
