Hello,
The only e-mail you have sent to support was about TC2000 and you have sent
it
AFTER sending to the list. You did not ask the support about SetForeign.
The list is not always the best place to get the correct answer and
sending lots of e-mails to the list means distributing to almost 2000
people.
You may get a lot of responses but not necesarily correct plus you may annoy
a lot of people
if you "flood" the list with too many posts.
Please note that I do not always read this list.
I read it only from time to time. I am busy with other tasks and lists are
very distracting
therefore I have to limit the time spent here.
If you send the e-mail to the list you have absolutely no guarantee that I
ever read it.
Please also note that you should send support enquiries ONLY to
support-at-amibroker.com
(not to any other address in amibroker.com domain) because then
e-mails are delivered to Marcin, our technical support person who answers
90% of e-mails
quickly and without generating load to me. He forwards about 10% of
"difficult cases"
that he can not answer to me and this way my time spent on support is
significantly decreased.
Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
