In AA
click settings then select the periodicity from there. It sounds like you are
perhaps setting periodicity from file/database/base time interval. If this is
so, and you have been making  changes, then your database may have a
conflicting time periods saved (if you have chosen the local storage option
enabled). If this is the case create a new database with the desired time
interval you wish to collect. FWIW I use 2 One for interday (5 min) and a
separate one for EOD.

The
default setting for your chart periodicity is derived by the time frame you set
to collect in file/database. So...if you are collecting 15 min bars then 15 min
will be your default periodicity in a new chart. <FONT

offers backfill of 100 days so unless you have been collecting data for a while
and unless you have local storage enabled your new database will contain bars
for no more than 100 days.....

Jayson - I have different results, TimeFrame or Database
Settings?Jayson,Thank you for taking the time
to check out my problem.  I tried to duplicate your results and have
not been successful.  It seems that the exploration is searching for
the daily time frame which does not contain enough history for the longer
term indicators. I set my peridocity to 5 Minutes with Bars to Load set at
100,000.  I set "n last days at 100 and even tried 1000, neither
setting provided results for the longer term indicators.  When I view
daily charts the longer term indicators do not appear and I believe this
is why I am not seeing any results for the longer term indicators. I have
tried to set the exploration for intraday however it is clearly scanning
EOD time frame.  Is there any way to set the time frame for scans and
exploration to only 15 or 60 minute time frame? Is there any way to
set default chart view to 60 or 15 minute? Currently when I check the
exploration results by double clicking on one of the lines in the
results the chart appears in daily view.  Your help is greatly
