yes i experience this all the time. In my case it happens on the RT charts when the refresh takes place and you have more than one AmiBroker window open at a time. The only way i've found to sort of stop it happening (for a while) is to make sure you select a quote (using LMB) in each of the windows. Then the vertical bar seems to remain visible in the current window.
If one of your computers only has one AmiBroker window open then you may not experience this behaviour on that system.
I've report this particular bug a few weeks ago, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I'd like to see if anyone sees the same:
I have 2 computers; They should have same identical setup (plugins,
versions etc.)
On one of them; when I click my LMB on chart; vertical line is
displayed at the cursor. After about 15 seconds; the line
disappeared. I did a little experiment displaying the bar number at
the mouse using "SelectedValue(cum (1))"; first 15 seconds or so it
returns the correct bar number; as soon as the vertical line
disappeared, the function returns the maximum bar number. Strange
thing is it works fine on the other computer.
