Hi Mareck,
If all you plan to do is what you say you can download the following program and use it for two weeks before deciding to buy. I has no limitations on the pages just the time.

I do this for a living, taking documents from the Mexican government in PDF, converting into a word format and then running it through a translator. I have tried many programs and this is one of the two which I use exclusively. Easy to use, fast and keeps the formatting of the pdf document.

gswin32c.exe is the current name of the Win32 Ghostscript binary. (Ghostscript was designed to allow PostScript files to be viewed and printed on non-PostScript devices, and is now supposed to do the same for PDF files.)
Anyway, I found and installed gswin32c.exe, which renders the UsersGuide.pdf file fine to the screen. But I am not sure how to make pdftohtml independent of Ghostscript or even how to tell pdftohtml of the Ghostscript location, so that I ultimately wind up with an HTML or MS Word file I can edit.
I realize this is low priority, but welcome any further suggestions.
