Hello,
As per my observation - HTML e-mails with embedded in-line images tend to be much larger than the
same e-mail in text mode with .GIF or .JPEG attachment. Also included in-line Excel tables (copy paste from Excel
to HTML message) are big (bigger than XLS) because Outlook pastes the table in both text and HTML formats plus
Excel CSS styles (repeating with every cell) which results in "size explosion" :-).
The e-mail with 3 simple tables was 153KB. (You can find the size of the message if you choose File->Properties in the Outlook
