This is one way to do it
Open the indicators from the Quick insert menu. They will prob be blank.
Then edit the indicator (ctrl-E or right click edit) and in bottom left
corner of IB editor window unclick the box "Display in quick insert menu"

I have several deleted custom indicators that are still listed in
the "Custom Indicator Quick Insert Menu"... how do you delete
references to the non-exsistant indicators?
