[amibroker] Installing AB when not the administrator

Hi All,
 
I would like to install AB on my computer at work, 
but when I try, I get a meessage saying this program can only be installed by 
the administrator. However, it let me install QuoteTracker with no problem. 
Would anyone happen to know:
 
1. How windows determines which .exe's a 
non-administrator is allowed to install? Does it have anything to do with 
whether the install is trying to change the registry?
 
2. Any way I can get around this? I tried renaming 
AB's setup to the name of QT's setup but windows still wont let me 
install.
