For ES & NQ use:
ESM4-GLOBEX-FUT
NQM4-GLOBEX-FUT
I have not had any luck with ECBOT symbols.
ZBM4-ECBOT-FUT does not work.
Anybody else have any luck with ECBOT symbols?
