Sorry but I believe you ask this better in the QP group because this
is an QP question now not an AB and this can offent some people here.
Anyway QRS is based on a ranking of stocks in the database same as
IBD RS. And a only a couple of stocks more or less can give
deviations. Compare QRS and IBD RS and you find manny deviation. I
guess SP or warehouse calculates itīs own RS I guess.
