Right now, You can't do that (easily) in Amibroker
( ... I can't do it)
ther is no possibility to add # positions and sell
all positions
or take one position and sell # % of the initial
position except if you write your own equity... ( and it is possible
)

How do I program AFL to allow simultaneous multiple
positions on the same stock? Using the EOD version - Say that the "buy"
rules open a position on XYZ and then the next day we are still holding
but the "buy" rules are still true and I would want to add to my
position. How can I program this into AFL? All I have been able to
do is open a position on XYZ then it will close this position when the
"sell" conditions are true. I would like to test different "buy"
rules such that it would add to a position that is currently open and then
sell all positions when the "sell" conditions are true.Todd
