[amibroker] Response to streaming RT Data

When i look at the 
RT Minute chart in AB I can see the last bar "develop" as streaming data comes 
in, when one minute has elapsed a new bar forms.

I would like to know 
whether, if I set a trigger level in afl, breach of this trigger level can/is 
detected "before" the bar is completed, i.e. before the minute is 
up.

a Tick DB, but that doesn't answer the question.
