OK, now I get it. So, in order to edit a quote, I have to physically switch
to the local database source from the QP3 plugin, not just simply check the
box enabling local database storage still using the QP plugin. When I did
that, I could use the Quotes Editor. Thanks, TJ, for solving that problem.
