[amibroker] question about Exponential moving average in Price chart

hi,
 
if I set the Exponential Moving Average in the 
price chart with period "P" and I overlay it with Plot(EMA(C,"P") then I 
get a different result.
 
Which function is used in the main Price chart for 
the exponential moving average?
