Everyone contacting support PLEASE provide WORKING e-mail address.
Approximatelly 5% of support enquires come with invalid/not-working reply address.
This is really a problem for me: not only you can not get the reply from us
but I also waste time trying to contact you and writing the reply that could not be delivered.
So please make sure to provide working e-mail address when contacting support.
