Since you have added the third monitor you should check to see if you have software that controls the 3 monitors, ( I have one setup with 4 monitors and another with 2 monitors) one of my systems has Matox Auto desk and the other has "Monitor Mover" that allows me to set up my viewing defaults. Both of them have caused problems with normal software applications on rare occasions. You can turn the program off (located on the task bar at the bottom right of your screen) perform whatever application you are having problems with and then start it up after you have completed your work.
