[amibroker] Changing Watch Lists W/in AFL Program

I want to my BUY selections from one watch list and the 
SHORT selections from another.  
 
I'm aware of the "inwatchlist" function but that is a 
very slow process.  Can watch lists be changed within the AFL 
code?
