Try this, its not fancy but works

Seebar = Status("barvisible") ;

LeftBar = ValueWhen(Ref(Seebar,-1)==0 AND seebar , DateNum());

RightBar = LastValue( ValueWhen(Ref(Seebar,1)==0 AND seebar, DateNum()) );

I am looking for code to place the date of the left most visible bar 
and right most visible bar in my Title block. 

I am stumped and could not find anything using search.

Anybody have some suggestions??
