  "Print" prints ACTIVE document.
  "Active document" in AmiBroker is currently selected symbol 
  and its charts (actually the window showing multiple chart

    I have an AB screen with 4 windows open. Each contains one or more 
    indicators in panes.
    Is it possible to print all 4 windows on a single sheet? I seem to only 
    get the active window.
