Tomasz: thanks for the reply. It turns out the "problem" is within
FastTrack as there is a two week timer within the program which prevents
using the program unless the data has been updated within two weeks.
Today was the 14th day for me since I originally updated my laptop, so
that is why AB would not load the FT.dll.
All seems well now.

Hello,
FT.dll may not load if and only if part of FT installation is broken.
Specifically if FASTTRACK.DLL is not longer present in windows directory
or is corrupted somehow.
