Ed: thanks. That seems to be the problem. I was aware of that issue
and "thought" I had updated just a week ago but looking at the date on
the FT data files it was two weeks ago today. Yep, I am caught in that
time stamp thing.
Thanks for the persistence and making me see what I need to do.

There was just a discussion on the FT board about the FT.dll not giving
access to the data if it is over 2 weeks old. So, if your "number of
days"
is greater than 10 you might try an online update to bring the data
up-to-date. The FT.dll will not work with either FTWIN or Amibroker if
the
data is to old.
