Jayson: thanks. I did all of those
steps prior to you writing. No change. Gulp. That is why
beads of sweat are on my brow.
My laptop is networked on my LAN, and I
may try disconnecting it and running it standalone. It ran fine however
last night.
I copied in the FT.dll from my desktop
(which is performing fine) but that did not change anything.
Clicking UNLOAD (on any dll within the Plugins
Windows), did nothing. I expected it to unload or remove the dll which was
highlighted by it did nothing. I went to the Plugins directory via
Explorer and moved a dll, and then went back into Tools>Plugins and it was
not there any longer (logical). I think LOAD makes all dlls within the Plugin
directory active, but I do not know what UNLOAD does.
I hate “mysterious” happenings….turn
it off at night and “something” is different the next day.
Thanks for the comments. Have any
more?
Ken

Ken,
When you go to Tools then Plug ins do you
see it listed? If not be sure it is stored in the correct directory. You
might try unload then load to force it. More likely the FT plug in is corrupt.
Copy good one to the plug in directory and reload.
Regards,
Jayson

fine on my Win98 laptop.<span

Today it starts ok, but the FastTrack data is not
visible because the
FT.dll is no longer "loaded" in the
Plugin Tools box. However, the
FT.dll is present in the Plugins Subdirectory of
the Amibroker directory
(viewed with Windows Explorer).
I have rebooted several times. No other
programs running. I can see
the FT.dll in Explorer, but AB will not load nor
recognize it. The
FT.dll is present in the Plugins Subdirectory.
What other steps can I take? I need this NOW
for preparation for
Clearwater.
Help please! Any suggestions!
