[amibroker] OT: Microsoft DirectX 9.0b

Just upgraded to DirectX 9.0b on Win XP Home desktop with dual 
monitors.
Computer feels zippier (faster graphics) now.
Use Microsoft Windows Update> other updates (not a req'd update)
