Hi Anthony,
 
I am wondering if your default browser setting 
might be at fault.
 
I notice in Outlook Express that this 
setting is unchecked :
 
   ' Internet Explorer should check 
to see if it is the default browser'
 
in:
 
    <FONT face=Arial 
size=2>Tools | Options | Connection | Change button | Programs
 
I have let NetCaptor (another tabbed browser) 
become my default browser.

    Did you try rebooting? I only ask 
    because I had the same trouble a couple of days ago and simply 
    rebooting solved it for me.

      I am using Outlook express 6...anyone know 
      what could be the problem...when I click on a link that is in the body of 
      an email...nothing happens....is there some setting that needs to be 
      changed.
