DT, I think the cat is out of the bag on today's action. Not only
the lower Naz, but the Globex for tonight (Friday in the US -- looks
pretty ugly right now, but I haven't checked yet to see what reports
might come out tonight that could reverse it) is certainly going to
cap our action today, to say nothing of dollar bearishness.
I don't see shorting as the road to profitability however. Not yet.
When it comes to counter tread, I almost never go after the turns. I
want to see fear, not just locking in gains. And the fear I want to
see is fear of loss, not just fear of evaporating paper gains. The
former is a much stronger brand of fear, as I'm sure you know.
