[amibroker] NotEqual(array);

I searched the AFL functions, and could not find one that 
returns a 1 when the NOT-EQUAL requirement of my array is met.  I am sure I 
can find a way to do it otherwise, but I would like to use  a 
NotEqual( array)  function.   BTW, am I using these tech 
words correctly?   Ron D
