Sorry, but I erased the originating message in this thread...it would be
better if you included it in your replies...
anyway, one place to start looking is in the Amibroker archives, where I
just got nearly 100 hits from a search on 'keltner' and over 300 for
'obv'...message 2238 by Dimitris seems particularly interesting...
