I do not think you would want to have 2 instances of AB
using the same database at the same time. The reason is
that AB writes back some information to the database folder
from time to time. TJ could give the details, but one
example is drawing a line on a chart, another would be
adding or removing a stock from a watchlist. With 2
instances of AB using the same database, one could write
info to the folder and then other other instance of AB
could wipe that info out when saving its own changes. 

A much safer way would just to make 2 copies of the AB
database. One could use xxCopy to do that with a single
mouse click. But the copy method would mean that only
changes made to the first database would last. Any changes
made to the copied database would be lost the next time the
copied database is updated by the xxCopy program.
