I am sorry to hear that you have troubles. 
As to the trial version it imports and processes the 
data, however these data won't be saved
since trial is save-disabled.
As for getting errors during import - well apparently 
column types were not set properly
as explained in the users' guide: ASCII import 
wizard:

If you still experience problems you may just send me the 
files to support at amibroker.com
and I will explain what is the correct setup for your 
files.
