I download Amibroker this
afternoon and have been reading the help files. It looks like a great piece
of software for people who can figure out how to use it. The help files are very
thurough in explaining how to use the more exotic features, but seems to have
failed totally to include any information at all about how to do simple things
like how to retrieve data, put it in the right file, and then pull a chart up on
the screen.
Does anybody know
the a source of a step by step set of instructions showing new users
how to do the most simple tasks?

It looks like
writing formulas etc. will be a gut cinch.
Right now I would settle for
just being able to get data into a file that the programs recognizes
and then finding the file from the program and getting a chart on the
screen. Is there anywhere a person can go and learn to do just
that?
