Why not remove the volume from the price chart altogether and create a new
window with volume indicator below the price chart

I have created a afl for a indicator of price & volume in the same
window- my problem is that on large volume days the volume overlaps
the price and it makes it very difficult to see the price/close thru
the volume bars.
Is there a way to reduce the volume bars by a certain percentage or
to cut off the volume bars with a dashed bar or jagged line to show
volume strenght but as not to interferr with the price/close?
