I am glad I could help.
As for #pragma nocache,
it does not add to computing burden because there is nothing to compute,
instead it adds to file (disk) access burden since tuning OFF caching means
that external file is accessed with each formula execution. Since disk access is much
slower than accessing data in RAM it means slow down of course
(fortunatelly Windows in fact caches disk files on the file system level so accesses
are not so slow as they would be without it)
