Bill,
You should check BYTE size.
BYTE size is in BYTES not in KILOBYTES.
Kilobyte is not 1000 bytes, but 1024 bytes.
Hence 13,337,264 bytes is 13,024.67 KB -> 13,025 KB
So your downloads are OK.
