I'm trying to set up a global markets rs ranking.
Until now I've been able to rank indexes by software using a rs formula (btw, I've uploaded a Colombine's document, Price Momentum, that has something to say about beta adjusted rs) but I'm also looking for third part ranking.
I found a site http://www.utm.co.za/pages/globalratings.htm that has a nice comparative table. It's up-to-date but I don't know if and when it's updated.
On east EU markets, there is an Austrian bank that makes available a lot of free and interesting resources.

Anyone has other links to point me to? I' like to match the data.
Another issue is runaway criteria. I coded Mark's but what I see is that they are often late (the minimum 5 TBBLBG in 21 bars). Coding a breakout is not easy so I'm very likely missing some signals but the 5th signal very often appears at tops, except for bubbles of course.
So I was wondering if there were other methods to track effectively hot issues. ADX has some merits but I haven't yet come up with a tested rule.
This indicator should be something that takes into account range, direction, acceleration and so on.
Is there something already cooked?
Thanks,
Franco
