For charting, for those who have multiple monitors, it would be nice
to pop charts out of the MDI interface Amibroker has and display
chart windows on other monitors. The way it works in eSignal is
what would be ideal (along with their method of reducing non-chart
screen real estate).
Maybe another todo.
