Totally agree, I thought I was alone in this. It would be great to have the option to insert either a NEW or Linked Indicator. The linked indicator would be linked to the version in Indicator Builder and a NEW indicator would'nt even appear in indicator builder as it would be part of the chart pane. To edit the NEW indicator you could right click pane -->Edit Formula and a seperate code window would allow independant changes.
I've already made this feature request but it would be better if anyone who is interested in this feature make a request to suggest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx because these forum requests may get lost in the 1000's that are posted every month. I think Tomasz to a large extent makes decisions on new features based on number of requests.

I have the following question. I created custom indicator:
prd = Param("period",14,5,50,1);
Plot(RSIa(C,prd),"RSI",colorRed);
then Window->New and put this custom indicator there. now I change
interval on one of these windows, so I have for example two windows with
price&indicator but with different intervals.
and now, when I change *prd* value at one window it affects the second,
so that there can't be different, independent periods for windows with
independent intervals, right?
the only workaround I've found was creating indicator with different
name, but with the same content..
will this bahaviour remain in future versions of AmiBroker?
